In order for our servers - and this wizard - to work with your webcam you'll need to forward ports 554 and 80 to your camera. We use port 554, which is the RTSP video stream port, to pull video from your camera and port 80 to query and update your cameras settings via a webpage or using the ONVIF protocal.
Note: You can forward *any* two outside ports to ports 554 and 80 on your camera.
Firewall note: Our webcam servers are in this IP range 220.127.116.11/24 only.
Is your camera is online and accessible from the internet either via port forwarding or on a public IP address?
Ok, your camera must be reachable by our servers from the internet in order for us to be able grab the video and restream it. No worries though! If you want to try port forwarding yourself check out this FAQ on how to forward ports to your webcam or you can fill out this form and we'll contact you and walk you through it.
Great! Do you know your camera's RTSP URL or would you like us to use ONVIF to try and automatically discover it?
Enter your camera's RTSP URL in this box and then press the Test! button. Our servers will then query it to see if we can pull a video stream from your camera
